route planner with multiple postcodes?

Hi,

Is there any route planners that short out your postcodes and planes a route

I have tried using the common sites such as AA and RAC however they do not work out the route. They show you a route but then you have to work out the best route for you.

I was looking for a planner that would work out a route automatically in the shortest time and route.
