Did you know that there is actually a British dental charity that visits the US to give free dental care to Americans who cannot afford to pay for dental care which we receive free in the UK?

No, we have pretty good teeth on the whole, and our dentistry, contrary to popular belief, is top-notch.
But we care slightly less about aesthetic perfection than our American cousins so are, for example, less likely to get our teeth straightened unless they're really wonky. The option is there but less used. The health of our teeth is excellent though.
