As a young 22 years young person you do have a briliant Idea and

as one Londona or UKst, to another. I would tell you to keep that

open mind of yours open, that's very, very good.

The other thing

Take a couple or a few weeks and get some one who thinks as

positive as you are, ane travel around and do some comparresin

&. then you make the move! Dont just jump to the first thing that

comes along! and you will have to be carefull of boing business

and how you spend your money Especially if you are going to buy a house or any kind of business. be shore that you have done your home work very good! do not depend on a lawer espe-

-cially. A lawer should only legalise thing for you but do not let them do any negociation for you @ all. The other one is a Real Estate Broker Broker. be careful of them because they do not work for you, they do not even work for the person whose house

they are seling. The ony\ly person they worked for is them self

because the most money they get for the house is the more there

Comesion they get so be careful when you are going to buy a house. Because you are thiking of sectleing there so you should not go renting because you only going to buy others house for them so you should buy and own! I am not living in Canada but I am not living in the UK any more and I am sorry I am not in Canada so that I could steared you strigh business wise, but just

go slow and easy, you sound like you have your head screwed on

strigh so you will make it!. My home was in North London. Stoke-

Newington to be direct but I am not there any more. I have left there meny yrs. now and is doidg very good a broad as well so go

for it and be well. TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELF.>>>>>.

I would say that the hottest place to buy property right now is Calgary, it is really booming. Also, Fort MacMurray is a great choice, the oil sands have really made things hopping there. However, both cities are quite far from the coast (12 hours!)

My husband is British and I am sponsoring him to be Canadian, it's a process that seems to go on forever (It's been a year so far and nothing has been done for his application). The regulations are quite strict, there are websites out there where you enter your info and they tell you how many points you have earned.

I don't think it is too hard though. I knew of someone originally from Scotland who had a business in the Caribean then immigrated to Canada. He left again after a couple of years and now is doing what you are doing. So much for Canadian immigration!

I've heard from a lot of people who prefer the space of Canada to the congestion of England. I lived in Shropshire for a long time and didn't find it congested in that part of England so the extra space doesn't mean so much to me. However, I would much rather live in England now that I have a child. It's so nice there with the health care, free prescriptions and dental for my son and all the health care that is covered for me also. In Alberta you have to pay a lot for health care and it doesn't even cover much. I also miss Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda! Depends how much these things matter to you. I'm a Canadian but my heart is still in Shropshire.

Canadian immigration is very strict, you need to qualify for their immigrant visa program.

Go to any website that offers LEGITIMATE advise and try the Visa questionarie - it will determine if you are elegible to go to Cnada or not.
