I'm sending two of my friends (one lives in the UK, one lives in Australia) a box of American candy/snack food for Christmas, but i'm not sure what they already have there. What candies do we have that they don't?

To be honest, our tastes are different. We aren't that fond of your chocolates. However, I quite like "Swedish Fish". Your boxes of cookies are very nice, too.
What's the point?

We already have snickers, we have skittles, we have Hersheys and even Oreo's!
We have better chocolate than the USA (no offence, and I have been to the USA) What we don't get and might be a novelty for your friend, is candy and things like tootsie rolls and twinkies! We DO get Pop tarts, but rarely and only a few flavours. Send some really wild flavours, that would be good!

i could propose boxed candies, or boxed jellies, for that extra specific impact. Bars of chocolate are style of elementary, do no longer you think of? And however the only Hershey's i've got eaten became offered in Japan, it did no longer style everywhere close to as stable because of the fact the eastern chocolate it is extra truthfully obtainable. Jello won't be that elementary to locate, yet eastern human beings are not in the habit of growing to be jellies. There are jelly treats and cakes in each and every of the supermarkets, so it is not mandatory. Now in case you have been to convey a p.c.. and make it up your self, per danger serve it with whipped cream, that could desire to be extraordinary. extremely in case you delivered a particular bowl for it you may desire to then pass away with them as area of their present. yet maximum of all, whether they do no longer probably relish what you supply them they're going to unquestionably get excitement from your thoughtfulness, so be chuffed that they are happy to receive however you supply them and don't anticipate to be waiting to delight unquestionably everyone. all of us have diverse tastes in spite of everything.

Sour Patch Kids and Twizzlers are two things I always buy in the US that I can't get in the UK
Other things you can't get in the UK - Jolly Ranchers, Life Savers, Tootsie Rolls/Pops, Pretzel M&Ms, Candy Corn

We have Snickers, Starburst, and even those yucky Hershey Bars in the UK. We invented Skittles. I'm not sure really.

I would assume Skittles and Starbursts. Maybe Fruit Rollups too. Hershey's chocolate, lollipops, Snickers bars, Reese's peanut butter cups or Reese's Pieces. I hope that helps.

I think it'd be easier if you told us what you had in the US.. then it'd be easier. -Just an idea:P
