I didn't get a Glastonbury Festival ticket, how can i get one or get into the festival?

I have missed the time to purchase the ticket and can't find any ticket available on Ebay. So is there any way to get the ticket or is it possible to get into the festival without one?

It's unlikely you'll find any on Ebay because the tickets are non-transferable & Ebay remove any Glasto ticket listings as soon as they spot them. Tickets have the owners photo on them so if you were to get hold of a ticket, you'd have to look like them. Some people have managed to get in on another persons ticket but generally speaking they get turned away. There was a question on here about buying someone else's ticket a few weeks ago. One of the people who answered is a steward at Glasto & as he pointed out, they aren't stupid, they do check the tickets & look at people faces. They are well aware that people will try to come in on others tickets. If you've got a hat, wig and/or sunglasses on they often ask you to remove them so they can check it's you in the pic. If they suspect you aren't the person in the pic they take you off somewhere to question you. If it's not you in the pic, they'll take the ticket off you, remove you from the site & you'll have wasted a couple of hundred quid. You sometimes see tickets for sale in the Efestivals forum, it's up to you if you want to take the risk. Personally I wouldn't.



You've got bugger all chance of getting in without a ticket. I presume you've never been as you're asking that. When I first went in 1993 it was still possible to get over the fence as it was only a little 10 feet flimsy thing but nowadays it's massive & security is heavy.



You can see if there's any volunteer positions left but by now they will most likely be filled up. Your only other option is to enter as many competitions as possible to try & win a ticket.

no and no is the answers u need. you cannot buy the tickets on ebay, they are not for sale outside f the glastonbury website, if u didnt get one ur not going to get one so u will have to watch it on tv instead.

My daughter and her friend got in for free a few years ago by selling the programme.

You might be too late to apply for that though.
