Holiday with hot tub and dog allowed?

Question

Does know of any holays in the UK - preferably in Lake District or Scotland where there is a hot tub in your lodge/cottage and you can take a well behaved dog. It would be for two people.

Check out these - they have a space to tick if you have a dog, and they do hot tubs - but don't know if you would get them both together. Great holidays for walks, cycling and doing loads activities, and swimming.

Hoseasons advertise lovely log cabins in Yorkshire and lake district that have gorgeous hot tuns and allow pets.

Although dogs love water, you really shouldn't let them in the hot tub because there are chemicals in there which will damage their fur.
