The Millennium Maze in Castlewellan Forest Park, Castlewellan, Co Down, N. Ireland (That is of course not in Britain) but near enough. When (if) you get to the middle you ring the large bell and can walk out over a bridge and see all the other hopefuls still battling their way to the centre.

Longleat in Wiltshire is apparently Europe's largest hedge maze. It can be fun becuase its easy to get lost. The other one I have been too, and at the moment it is very short hedgerows so quite easy is in Noah's Ark Farm (in Wraxhall) Somerset. It is interesting becuase it has various lookouts and you can see the various animals from them like the giraffes and rhinos

Well i've only been in two! One is the Hampton Court one which i would hardly call 'interesting'- its just green hedges and in the middle is somesort of statue i think and a bench. The other was i think at Longleat, although i could be wrong, and that wasnt that fantastic either.

Forbidden Corner near Middleham, Yorkshire. You have to pre-book it to go though, its well worth a visit especially with children under 10.

Hever Castle in Kent was great as I remember. I think I went with my parents around age 12.
