See page below, scroll down to First- class International mail, look at the 3rd graph, the one for small packages. If the package weighs 8 ounces, it wil cost $7.00. You can get an idea of the cost from this graph, but will need to Package the hat and take the package to the post office to be weighed to get the exact postage. In order for it to cost $15 or $20 it would need to weigh 2 to 3 pounds, and I doubt that a hat would weigh anywhere near that amount.

That will depend on the size of the package - the weight of the package - how you want to send it (air mail or surface) .

No one can give you an accurate answer without seeing the packet - take it to your local post office where they will weigh it and then sell you the correct VALUE stamps (which may be one, two, three or even four depending on what values they have in stock)

It depends a lot on how much the package weights.

Expect it to be in the $15-$20 region if speed isn't too important.

You will also have to fill out a customs form, if it is below a certain weight you can use the simple version, over a certain weight and you have to fill in a somewhat larger form.

It depends on size and weight, also on type of delivery service you want.
