it is strange,
, when a foreigner boasts his country, you feel pround of your own
, when you are living for a long time in your home city and happen to bump into a foreigner, you complain a lot of your city.
,as a chinese myself, i totally have no idea how china comes to be an exotic traveling hot spot ? when i browse the Lonely Planet China, i will smile at it, but so what, i will never go for a second time any famous scenery in China recommended by anyone.
, such as hongkong......oh ,no , thanks, that is too simillar to my city, i will never go to there unless for business
,British people are rich , so they have the capability to go around the whole world , so , on the contrary, or on the whim, some of them choose to discover only the land around their hometown and seldom go abroad, i guess this is a PRIDE(inocuous but i show comtempt to).
,you may see how the chinese newly upshots compare how many countries they have traveled , seems like the more the better for them .... of course no chinese will bother to be pround of their own land and focus on there.
