So my parents are considering moving to Wales, as in Britain Wales. That's a really big move. But I was just wondering if anyone has ANY information on Wales, possibly if you live there...or ANYTHING. I just would like some info about the place :)
Thanks bunches.
Lots of love.

Wales is a beautiful country. It has lovely mountains and sandy beaches. It's mostly rural.
It takes much longer than you expect to drive from the south to the north. The Welsh language is on all roadsigns etc. Finding your way can be a trick. Everywhere seems to start with a "LL"!
The big towns are in the south (eg Cardiff, Swansea). They are well connected by road and rail to England.
There are some beautiful towns, like Builth Wells in Mid Wales or Llandudno on the coast.
!t has fairytale castles built by Edward I, eg Caernarvon or Conwy.
It's a wonderful place to live. The people are friendly. It may be mostly rural but it's in the modern world too. It's part of UK and has all the benefits of a modern country.
You will love it. I do and I'm not Welsh!

My boyfriend is Welsh, they are an incredibly proud people so don't call them English, but they have a brilliant range of sexy accents. its a small country but places like Cardiff and Swansea are relatively big cities and have a good night life and shopping. But mainly Wales is a beautiful country with amazing scenery and really lovely people, it will probably be a big change for you though.

Wise words, do not call us english, it would NOT go down well.
I live in the north and know that learning the language would be very beneficial to you. It will help you fit in in the community etc.
Wales is a beautiful country and the people are great so I'd say it's worth it :D
