Me and my boyfriend are going away on April the 14th preferably, for his 19th birthday. We need to find somewhere nice and hot and reasonably cheap as we're only young. Can anyone help?

April is usually quite cheap so long as Easter does not crop up in the period you are choosing because it will mean kids are on school holiday. Prices always go up then.
As for cheap. Self catering and room only holidays do look much more affordable. The cost of eating and drinking out will at least double that cost. So I strongly suggest that you look for an 'all inclusive package. Then you wont need to take any spending money at all.
The hotel will feed you all day and keep you supplied in both alcohol and soft drinks from 10am to midnight. Provide activities and entertainment for you to enjoy and in some circumstances you could be allowed into sister hotels or go out on trips for no additional cost. Order a pic nic to take with you.
The snag is with cheap is the hotel will probably be slightly out of the way. Could be up a steep hill or could be in a very quiet resort.
For good weather, well on an all inclusive you need not worry about that too much but to guarantee sunshine and heat in April Egypt by the red sea.
Otherwise you will get a good deal in one of the Spanish resorts. Tunisia Turkey are fairly cheap too.

Assuming you time your holiday to avoid the Easter break then you can get some good deals in Cyprus. It's early in the season and some good discounts can be found. The climate in April is great, about as hot as you will find anywhere in Europe. Pretty much all of the facilities will be open. Have a look at the Cyprus Tourist Office web-site for ideas http://www.visitcyprus.com
If either of you look under 18 then carry your passport as ID if you want to enter the clubs and bars.

I work in travel and April is a funny old time for somewhere hot. The only places that will be reasonably priced but guarantee the sun is the canaries (lanzarote, tenerife, gran canaria and fuerteventura)
