Iits a mobile number thats starts with +447 or +44785 is what it starts with, what do i replace it with? I know its something like 079 ot something

Replace the +44 with 0. Simples!

+447 etc shows that the number is written in international format. To ring it from within the UK, take off the + (signifying the international access code) and 44 (country code for the UK) and put back the 0 that has been taken off the beginning. It'll then look more familiar as the usual kind of 07 mobile number.

so the number starts with

44 is just the country code, just ignore it and dial 07.... whatever the rest of the number is
