For anybody who has ever bought V Festival tickets, is the website the official ticket outlet https://www.vfestival2011tickets.com ??

I am determined not to get scammed, ha.

And can you buy tickets now? I heard they will go on general sale in March so I'm not sure.

There were some early tickets available but they've already gone. More will be on sale in March. http://www.vfestival.com/tickets/official-ticket-outlets



The website you mentioned is actually on the AVOID list at the V Festival site so I wouldn't risk it if I were you.
