DVLA UK Postcodes Issue?

Question

I have misplaced both my counterpart driving license and my provisional photo license, I have also changed address.

How do I notify the DVLA about the lost license whilst notifying them about my change of address and what is the address and postcode I need to send in my application for the lost license and the address change?

From the Direct Gov site...

"Lost or stolen licence

If you’ve lost your driving licence, or you don’t have one or both parts of your photocard driving licence you’ll need to apply for a replacement and notify any changes at the same time."

I suggest you e-mail or 'phone DVLA to ask their advice re which one to do first.
