Chester is surrounded by walls and i is situated on the outskirts of Wales and is an medevil English city. All of it's English.

And did you know that it is legal within the walls of Chester, after dark to kill a welshman! ;)

Chester's just outside Wales. It's in England. But traditionally Chester's been Welsh. The Welsh poem "Trafferth Mewn Tafarn" was written in the 16th century, and tells of the smelly, dirty English moving into Chester.

It's about 10 miles from the Welsh border, and these days it's completely English.

As mentioned above, it's still legal in Chester to shoot a Welshman within the city walls with one shot of a crossbow after dark. If the Welshman is only wounded by the arrow, it's illegal, and you'll be jailed. If a second shot is fired, it's against the Law.

Chester's a very racist city against Wales.
