It's 18 at Premier Inn.

However, Travelodge have a hotel in Romford too, just around the corner from the Premier Inn Hotel. Travelodge allow over 16s to book and stay - although you may both need to show ID before checking-in.

"You must be aged 16 years or over to make a booking with us."

You can stay in a room on your own at age 16. But you have to be 18 to book a room and if you're under 18 there must be an over 18 with you.

You will need to phone them and check. I don't think you can book at 16. That is merely the age at which they consider you an adult and thus unable to share a family room with your parents.

You will need to be aged at least 25 years.

I don't see any rules that stop 16 year olds booking...they class children as under 15 http://www.premierinn.com/en/#parNum57971 read terms an conditions
