Where's good to go in Nottingham on a Monday night out?

Question

going out drinking there next Monday with some mates (all blokes) - what bars would be good to go, and what club is it best to end up in?

None of us are students - is it possible to get into student places??

Depends what you want..

Nice bars are in Hockley/Lace market

Hockley: Bar Bluu, Sugar

Cheap around market square-incl walkabout, wetherspoons, goose etc

Dont really know the mainstream clubs tho esp not on Monday sorry



In terms of student stuff, there isnt really anything in the centre just discounted rates on entry...usual stuff

Depends what kind of bars you like......trendy ones are in the Lace Market.....it might be livelier and some frisky ladies(!!!) around the Trent University/Market Square area. Not been out on a Monday night for ages....the best bet is probably to find a decent bar in one of said areas and see where everyone else heads. It is quite lively any night of the week, especially while the students are around - and some of them are truly beautiful! - Must get out more myself actually!

Stick around the Lace Market area and enjoy. Nottingham has a great Night life to offer but it's better if you take it as it comes and go with the flow.

yeah i went round nottingham last year on a monday and i wasnt a student. you can still get in.

i cant remember all the names of the bars i went to coz they were all spread out with quiet a walk between them but there is walkabout and the golden goose.



we went clubbing in oceania its 5 clubs in one and i would love to go back to it.
