Oh, That's a difficult one :)



They are both gorgeous! Cornwall is quite wild and rugged, especially along the coast. The Lake District is more hilly and mountainous (if that's a word lol) with a lot of beautiful lakes. The Coniston area is my favourite.



I love both...But as I live closer to the Lakes...I would have to choose them.

Whilst the Lake District is more picturesque, Cornwall is by far more beautiful. Beauty is made up by a number of different things, such as character, variety etc, which Cornwall has. From the heathland of the west, to the golden beaches, to the quaint villages to the rugged coast of the North, and I have to say the friendliest people I have met whilst travelling. Plus, the food is amazing. Whilst the Lake District has all the stunning scenery and equisite views, I feel that Cornwall is by far the more beautiful.
