i have a parcel that has been tracked to heathrow worldwide dc in united kingdom
and it has been stuck there for weeks is ther a way i can contact them about it?

Hi, I sent a registered post to Portugal and it is about 21 days but no delivery. Such a shame and so sad and big danger for me because of your bad service. I have to give my driving licence to the authorities in portugal up to 17/01/2014 Always same answer on Royal Mail internet site, ON THE WAY.......... Please help to resolve the problem.
