The first answer is correct. Also, although many people assume that it is, the Isle of Man is not now, nor has it ever been, part of the United Kingdom even though it is a Crown Dependency...it is not even a member of the EU...lucky them!

The Isle of Man is not part of Britain so why would it be part of the British NHS...

It is not actually part of UK. But it's not exactly foreign either!

its officially one of the british isles, but it has its own parliament which is actually the oldest parliament in the world still sitting today. it also has its own flag which is red with 3 legs coming out of a wheel. the manx people probably prefer to be known as manx and not british,but thats just a guess.
